Classy look and they are comfortable, January 26, 2009 By This review is from: Amalfi by Rangoni Women's Arena Ballet Flat (Apparel) This is a wonderfully comfortable flat. It looks good either as a casual or in a more formal setting. They wear quite well and simply look good. The size fits perfectly so it you wear a six, then order a six. I normally am not overly fond of patent leather, but these simply look good and I love the oversized buckle. This one goes with quite a number of my outfits and I think I will order two other colors.

Nice Little Shoe, December 5, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Amalfi by Rangoni Women's Arena Ballet Flat (Apparel) The Arena Ballet Flat is a very cute little shoe. The purple patent leather is a dark, refined color. It definitely doesn't scream bright purple at you. It is fairly comfortable and is breaking in nicely. I've worn it to 2 holiday parties so far where I've been on my feet constantly, and no problems. The construction of the shoe itself is excellent, but some of the glue from the jewel in the buckle had squished up around it, making a clear ridge visible. If I'd paid full price for these shoes, they'd have gone right back. Also, the toe is sort of an odd shape. It looks squared off in the photo, but the toe box has a strange angle to it. It probably makes the shoe more comfortable and roomy, but it really does have a strange look. This and the glue is why it gets a 4 star. I ordered my usual size.

They feel like slippers and are VERY cute. I wear them several times a week and they have quickly become a favorite. Only problem is they run a bit wide. That being said, I'm ready to buy a second pair so when I wear them out or scratch the patent leather. Love, love, love these shoes.
